Part 3 - Naval Live Oaks and Historic Pensacola Village
On September 30, we visited Naval Live Oaks, an area just east of Gulf Breeze, FL, where live oaks were once grown to provide wood for the frames of ships.
There were other types of trees, too . . .
. . . and these beautiful berries.
Later that day, we went to Historic Pensacola Village, a lovely restored area in downtown Pensacola.
This magnificent live oak was in the square.
The Museum of Commerce there had a plethora of lovely tools. Can you find the peavey?
